WELCOME to Fox View Farm

Fox View Farm (FVF) is a family-owned stable that offers boarding, breeding, and training since 1989.

 

We have a beautiful 100-acre farm located in northern Durham County as well as an additional farm in Southern Pines, NC. 

 

We show along the East Coast and have competed numerous times at prestigious horse shows, including Harrisburg, Washington, Madison Square Garden, Devon Horse Show, Wellington, and Ocala on FVF-bred horses and imports.   

 

Sisters Laura Gaither Ulrich and Christina Gaither Webb, manage the farm together. Laura is the trainer and Christina keeps everything running smoothly at the farm! They have broken most of the FVF horses themselves and love sharing their family's passion for horses.

Training

Head Trainer: Laura Gaither Ulrich

Laura Gaither Ulrich provides students with years of experience coaching in the jumpers, equitation, and hunters. Laura's students have successfully competed at Devon, Indoors, and medal finals. Laura herself has years of experience developing young horses into grand prix jumpers and top hunters. She herself has brought homebred up the ranks to compete at Devon and Indoors. She also has spent time competing and training in Europe with top trainers and Olympians. Laura also learned about training while being a trainer at Heritage Farms in New York. She understands all the aspects of what makes a top team: veterinary work, great farriers, condition, and nutrition. She also believes in having a tight-knit barn family that supports each other. Breeding

Fox View Farm (FVF) has pursued a rigorous warmblood breeding program for more than 20 years with several hunters and jumpers making it to the top in the show world.

 

FVF breeding started with the purchase of "Vivian," who attained the "Ster" (Star) predicate from the Royal Dutch Warmblood Association (KWPN) in Holland.  She became the foundation mare for FVF and her bloodlines are still part of the FVF horses bred today.

 

Christina Webb has shown successfully in the Amateur-Owner hunters and jumpers on the following FVF-bred horses:

  • Alistair

  • Mer Soleil

  • FVF Brulee

  • FVF Sailor Man

 

Laura Gaither has successfully competed on the following FVF-bred horses:
